    Introductory Support

    This meeting provides an overview of the aged care system, including how it works, the types of services available, and government support options.

    It will also cover the importance of aged care and who is eligible for care.

    At the end of the meeting, you’ll receive a simple guide outlining the next steps to take.

    Please note, this is a general information meeting only, and individual advice or recommendations will not be provided. The aim is to help you better understand the system and empower you to make informed decisions based on your own circumstances

    Before our meeting, I’ll ask you to provide some initial, basic information so i know the best place to start.

    During our time together, I’ll provide an overview of the aged care system, including how it works, the types of services available, and government support options. The information shared will be personalised to your specific situation.

    Alternatively, you may have already accessed services but feel lost in the system. Not sure where to go but knowing you need more assistance.

    At the end of the meeting, you’ll receive a personalised plan with recommendations on the next steps to take based on your unique circumstances.

    Includes up to 2 hours of direct support, with additional support charged hourly.

  • Carer support- respite care

    Before our meeting, I’ll ask you to provide some initial, basic information so i know the best place to start.

    During the meeting, I’ll provide an overview of the aged care system, including services, support options, and how it works, with information tailored to your situation.

    At the end of the meeting, you’ll receive a personalised plan with next steps based on your unique circumstances.

    Follow-up contact is included, so I can offer additional guidance and support as you move forward, preparing you for the ACAS, review the outcomes and making recommendations on the next steps and getting interim services in place.

    Includes up to 4 hours of direct support, provided in different sessions, with additional support charged hourly.
