This session is designed to meet you wherever you’re at. We’ll take stock of your current situation, untangle the next steps, and make sure you’re on a path that feels clear and manageable — not confusing or rushed.

  • Explore what you're eligible for through government programs

  • Plan the next steps together, based on your unique needs and preferences

  • Guidance on how to navigate assessments, waitlists, and applications

  • Clear direction so you know exactly what to do — and why

I’ll also include some follow-up contact to check in and make sure you’re feeling supported as you take the next steps.

  • You’ve had an ACAS assessment but aren’t sure what it means

  • You’re receiving services, but things don’t seem to be working well

  • You just want a second set of eyes to make sure you’re on the right track

  • Up to 2 hours of direct support (in one or two sessions)

  • A personalised next-steps plan

  • Follow-up check-in to review progress and clarify anything new
    Additional support is available if needed (hourly rates apply).

Can you help me prepare for an ACAS assessment?
Absolutely. If one hasn’t been done yet, I’ll help you get ready. As an Aged Care Assessor I can talk you through what’s going to be asked and give you some handy hints and tips to ensue you get the most out of the assessment.
If the assessment has happened I can review the outcome with you and explain what it means going forward.

Do I need to live locally?
Not at all — sessions are available online or by phone if you're not nearby. You’ll get the same personalised support either way.
